There’s so much to look forward to in 2019. For January, Mars just now entered Aries, adding more cardinal energy into our lives. The mix of cardinal Capricorn sun and Aries Mars will push us to move forward and dedicate our time to our practical ambitions. What needs work in your life? What needs to be rebuilt? What needs structure? In what ways do you need to utilize assertion and strength? It’s time to put forth our efforts and fight for what we want. If we want to get anywhere in life, we need to earn our marks.

All planets will be direct soon, Uranus being the last one to station direct and set us free this year. Uranus encourages self-expression and individuality which blends well with 2019 being a “3” year! In numerology, 3 symbolizes creativity, optimism, and communication. This will make mutable (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) seasons much more favorable for us all and for mutable individuals especially, as the mutable signs relate strongly to the number three’s traits. For many people, this flux of energy can feel restless and hectic. Adapting to the cosmic currents will take time. This year we can expect to see lots of change in the areas of education, knowledge, social groups, communication, and art - not just in our personal lives but in society and mainstream media, as well.
